Embark on a wondrous odyssey of discovery and freediving amidst the tranquil beauty of Greece’s sun-kissed Ionian Islands.
This is a small trip for Freedive Menorca as space on the boat is limited. With two instructors (usually Adam and Valeria), that means plenty of diving time and personalised feedback and coaching throughout the week.
Each morning begins with a gentle breathing and stretching session on the boat, followed by a coached depth session in the clear blue waters of the Ionian Sea. While we’re in the water, our captain will prepare a sumptuous Greek breakfast, ready to replenish us after the dive.
Afterwards there’s time to rest, digest, relax and sunbathe as we sail and drop anchor at one of the islands along our route. There we’ll explore the underwater highlights on an adventure dive. In the afternoon, there’s space for informal freediving workshops and time to explore the island before heading to a local taverna to sample the regional cuisine for dinner.
Each island has its own distinctive culture and charm.

Phoebe is a well equipped Bavaria 50 Cruiser with 5 comfortable cabins: 3x double beds and 2x twin bunk beds, 3 bathrooms with hot showers, on board wifi and capacity to charge small electrical items whilst we are out of port.
